9Account Termination and Suspension

9.2 Termination by 96bet

96bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to the platform or other members.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Once an account is terminated due to a terms violation, all bonus balances, wins obtained through unauthorized means, and unused promotions will be permanently forfeited. Legitimate original deposit balances will be considered for return at 96bet's discretion once the investigation is complete.

10Liability Limits and Disclaimer
